Week 1 : Fear Inventory
After each writing ask yourself the following three questions to help you better integrate the practice over time. They're not necessary, and they will speed up the learning process.
Question 1: What is the next right step? (In relation to the situation I wrote inventory about.)
Question 2: What did I FEEL after I wrote/read the inventory?
Question 3: What has changed since the last time I wrote inventory?
Self Assessment: (Integration)
Tips for/about Fear Inventory:
Tip re;
God
If you're not comfortable with using the word "God", substitute it for your higher power, or any force more powerful than you. Spirit, Universe, Death... whatever works!
Resistance will often show up when we are closest to undoing an unconscious pattern; stay the course, and don't believe the reasons in your mind for stopping. Keep going! Even if you're falling asleep!

Once you're done...
Once you have finished trying out writing inventory and reading it; keep an eye out for how it effects your daily life, your relationships, and of course: your creativity!
